Our Vision & Values

D&H Recycling & Waste Management (Pty) Ltd vision is to approach recycling from the perspective of separation at source so designed to ensure protection of the environment against the negative impacts of waste, as well as minimization of waste or reduction of amount disposed in landfills in full compliance with municipal bylaws.

Our values are firmly planted in the integrity of our processes . We promise to always be honest, ethical, respectful and promote solution-driven actions, uncompromising in all aspects on the environmental standards and taking ownership.

Company History

D&H Recycling & Waste Management (Pty) Ltd is a waste recycling company built from the ground up with deep roots in German and UK expertise in the industry

Early years

German Training

The founders of the company were German educated and trained in waste management. From the Hochschuler Feur Spedition Kaufmanische in Germany with a degree in Environmental Studies.
Working years

Experience building

Mr. Louis-Phillippe then started work in Germany as a trailer manufacturer at the Hoffman trailers and later as the Technical and Operations Director.
Growing years

A company is born

The forerunner to D&H recycling was founded during this period as Mr Phillippe started a recycling business collecting household waste, e-wastes, furniture shops etc.
England years

Golden years

Since the recycling industry in Germany was over developed with a coverage of about 95% of wastes recycled in the country. The new company moved to the UK and there flourished. The company received several international recognition for its work including an award from the Welsh Assembly for its work at the Kerb site in the Greater Manchester municipality.
Incorporation

D&H Recycling & Waste Management Services

D&H Recycling and Waste Management Services was registered for operation in South Africa in the year 2000. Since then the company has grown to become the most respected environmental management service company to both industrial and municipal customers spread across South Africa with its main office and warehouse at Olifantsfontein, Midrand.
